During a tune-up, a matching fragment of the target save field plus your description of that field is sent to a model API to understand your intent. The full save file stays on your PC; the website does not receive or host save files.

You may sign in with phone or email. We keep account identifiers and credit-related data to provide the service.

Top-ups happen in the client via WeChat or Alipay. We handle order IDs, account identifiers, and payment callback data — never payment passwords. Receipts follow the payment channel.

Messages you send to support are used only to troubleshoot.
